American actor Markie Post had a net worth of more than $12 million when she died. Markie Post is best known for her roles in "Night Court" (from 1982 to 1985) as well as "The Fall Guy" (from 1985 to 1985). From 1982 until 1985, she played Terri Michaels who was a bail bond agent. From 1985 until 1992 she played the public defender Christine Sullivan's plating agent in "Night Court" the NBC sitcom. From 1992 to 1995 she played Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in the CBS sitcom "Hearts Ablaze". Markie passed away on the 7th of August 2021 at the age of 70 from cancer.Markie Post was born as Marjorie Armstrong Post on November 4, 1950, in Palo Alto, California as the third child of poet Marylee and physicist Richard. Her siblings and she were brought up in Stanford and Walnut Creek. In Walnut Creek, Post went to Las Lomas High School. After graduating from Lewis & Clark College, she attended Pomona College. Post returned to Lewis & Clark College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
