Lauren Ash

 Lauren Anne Asher (born 9 October 1996 in Denver) is an American equestrian athlete and businesswoman. She competed at the FEI North American Continental Championships in 2014, 2015 and in 2017. Asher received an individual silver medal at the Championships 2017 . She also took home the entire U25 classes in the Nations Cup at 2019's Global Dressage Festival with West Side. Asher manages her business with horses with her horses in Wellington, Florida and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.Lauren Ash is an award-winning actor who started her path to superstar status through the development of her acting and improvisational skills at the renowned Theater for Improvisational Comedy which is also popularly known as Second City Toronto, Canada.
